Kaido followed Annus toward the temple, walking much faster than usual. Along the way, the Winged Heavenly Soldiers and temple guards instinctively tightened their grips on their weapons whenever they saw him.

The incident at Heaven's Gate, where one swing of his club had sent several guards flying, had already spread across all of God's Island through the Voice Dials.
