On the deck—near the waters of Water 7.
Sunlight spilled across the deck.
When Lin Nuo stepped out of the cabin, the view before him suddenly opened up.
A vast city of waterways and brick-tiled buildings stood boldly on the horizon.
Seven tiers of unevenly rising districts were linked by enormous waterfalls, with every kind of vessel weaving between them.
From afar, the entire city looked like a great fountain rising from the sea.
Even more eye-catching were the several circular floodgates around the city's perimeter, opening and closing as they released the water.
The White Shell had already drawn close to one of those gates.
The shouts of countless workers carried over from the nearby shipyards.
"You damned white-haired brat! Why are you only coming out now?!"
Moria's voice came from beside him.
Lin Nuo turned and saw another ship.
The One Piece ship they had "requisitioned" had had its original flag and decorations completely removed. It now looked like an ordinary cargo vessel.
On its deck, the trained One Piece crew worked obediently. Some scrubbed the deck, while others adjusted the rigging.
Moria stood at the bow with his arms folded, his face full of impatience.
"Talk! What's our plan from here on out?!"
Lin Nuo took a deep breath of air carrying the scent of the city, then loudly announced to everyone aboard both ships:
"The plan is the same as we discussed a few days ago—"
He smiled.
"Have fun!"
"Have lots of fun!"
"The Beli was distributed to everyone in advance a few days ago! From here on, aside from buying basic supplies, how you spend your money and enjoy yourselves is entirely up to you!"
"Once I'm done handling my business, I'll let you know when to gather again."
"Whoa—!! Awesome!!"
