Edd War Waters.

A storm was forming.

The sky hung low, and the sea heaved like an enraged beast.

The Oro Jackson opened fire first amid the raging waves—

"Nice shot!" Buggy threw up his hands to cheer.

Dozens of airborne warships fired at once.

Flashes filled the sky. Shells flew so thick they nearly blotted out everything, and explosions tore through the air.

Fire and shock waves engulfed the Oro Jackson.

"Defend the starboard side!"

"Lower the guns! Three o'clock to port!"

A shell exploded beside the mast. The mainmast shuddered violently, and the deck cracked.

The blast threw several crewmen off their feet, but their comrades grabbed them and hauled them back.

The ship teetered under the barrage like a lone wolf battered by a raging sea.

Rayleigh drew his sword, its gleam as pale as moonlight.

A sweeping slash split several incoming shells in two.

They burst into flame overhead without touching the ship.

Gaban roared and crossed his axes.

CLANG, CLANG, CLANG!

He hacked several shells apart in midair.

Sambel leaped into the waves and used his immense Fish-Man strength to push back the surge, keeping the ship from capsizing.

Shanks gritted his teeth and steadied a cannon while Buggy passed him shells, crying all the while.
