The USS John Paul Jones shuddered. After a buzz, a shockwave burst through its hull, pressing a depression into the sea before dispersing as a gale.
The sailors aboard swayed. Once they regained their balance, they looked at one another in silence. They felt that the warship beneath their feet had changed somehow, but they could not describe how.
"The USS John Paul Jones is moving. He's come alive..."
Alex stammered. That was his most immediate impression: the warship seemed more alive than before.

After the second buzz, the USS John Paul Jones's structure shifted. Like a complex machine assembled from multi-unit metal blocks, it discarded its disguise as a warship and reassembled itself.
The world turned upside down. The sailors aboard could not keep their balance and were flung into the sea one after another as mechanical metal shifted beneath them.
They struggled to hover above the surface. Before their eyes, the USS John Paul Jones assembled limbs and a torso, then slowly rose from the sea.
Covered in white paint, its mech surface bore golden holy-mark patterns. Eight sharp blades were symmetrically arranged behind its back. The three-hundred-meter-tall steel robot straightened up, standing on the sea in a manner that was thoroughly unscientific.

The metal blocks across the super mech's surface stopped moving. After its transformation was complete, its overall lines were sleek and sharp. Its shoulders, head, and other sections featured powerful arrow-shaped designs, their pronounced edges creating an intensely aggressive visual effect.
