Charlie appeared to be a businessman, but in reality, he was a pitiful pawn controlled by the Korean Mafia—or rather, a courier responsible for transporting laundry powder to other countries.
Afraid that knowing too much would get him silenced, Charlie tricked Lucy into delivering a metal case, claiming it contained nothing but documents.
In truth, the metal case contained CPH4, a newly developed type of laundry powder. It came in blue granules, with four packets in total.
