In his haze, Strange only felt an intense stabbing pain on his face. He shook his head slightly and opened his eyes, only to find himself lying on a cold floor.
It was an antique-style hall, with wooden beams overhead, ink paintings and calligraphy on the walls, and vases and ornaments on the bookshelves. Everything possessed a profound charm and a distant, elegant atmosphere.
Though he could not understand any of it!
Two portraits hung on the central wall. One depicted a white-haired old man, the other a young man with black hair and black eyes. One old and one young, they contrasted sharply, yet somehow gave off an extremely similar feeling.
Strange stared at them for a long while before realizing that similarity was called temperament. They both seemed like people one should not provoke... remarkable people.
On the hall's low table, incense smoke curled upward. The air was filled with a special scent—not floral, but refreshing and calming, as though it could carry both body and mind away from the city's clamor.
The owner of this place had to be some reclusive master!
If he dared to hope a little more, this was Kamar-Taj, the secluded paradise where sorcerers lived!
A gleam flashed in Strange's eyes. Ignoring the pain in his body, he hurriedly climbed to his feet, only to turn around and see an NS-3 robot!

Strange rubbed his eyes and confirmed that he had not seen wrong. It really was an NS-3, the most expensive and advanced robot on the market.
The NS-3 nodded slightly at Strange, then carried a watering can over to water the indoor plants before taking out scissors and carefully trimming the branches.
Strange stared, dumbfounded. Were reclusive masters really this up-to-date?
Before he could finish staring, two more NS-3
