Celestials!
According to the information Russell knew, they were a race born before the multiverse. In terms of power, excluding the freaks who raised the upper limit and the weaklings who dragged it down, they could be considered above the single-universe level, but calling them multiversal was going too far.
Above a single universe, but short of a multiverse—this was a rather vague boundary. They could be very strong, or very weak.
There was no need to mention the strong ones. As for the weak, there was Galactus, a background character who was always starving, and Russell, who routinely threw his weight around on Earth.
In appearance, the Celestials were wrapped head to toe in thick, fully enclosed armor. They were basically humanoid, and no one had ever seen what they looked like beneath that armor.
There was no unified standard for anything else, such as height. Most stood around six hundred meters tall, while some were even larger. When they walked across a planet's surface, half their bodies rose above the clouds.
Larger still, their bodies exceeded the size of planets, and they could hold Earth in both hands.
So humanity's definition of a species was not suitable for this race. Their measurements were not fixed.
The purpose of the Celestials' existence was quite interesting. They traveled through lifeless planets, sowing the seeds of evolution. Years later, they returned to judge whether the races they had created deserved to continue. If the judgment failed, they would destroy them.
During this process, the Celestials followed the principle of survival of the fittest, allowing these races to compete with one another while using force to stop outside powers from interfering with their evolution.
For genetic experiments, they had visited many races and directly or indirectly created many new ones, such as
