Plane of Light
This world was, in truth, an enormous Holy Mountain, soaring into the heavens and standing in the midst of a boundless ocean.
The mountain was so immense that every level could accommodate hundreds of millions of living beings.
Xiboer was inspecting the kingdom of God. This was one of his duties.
The first level lay at the foot of the Holy Mountain. Here, the surrounding expanse was all sea, containing every kind of aquatic creature, from tiny schools of silver fish to Sea Behemoths roaming the deep ocean.
The sky was a starry night, with so many stars that they were enough to illuminate the coastline winding alongside the mountain range.
A brilliant light radiated from Xiboer's body. His two wings granted him light, and from high above, he seemed like another star.
Xiboer glanced down without much concern. This level was forever locked in starry night. The shore below was actually extremely broad; reclaiming hundreds of millions of acres of fertile land would not be a problem.
This was the first stop for believers arriving in Heaven, where they first grew accustomed to it.
They were not Angels, so according to their habits, they constructed buildings in many different styles. Naturally, just as in the mortal world, there were castles, ports, farmlands, orchards, and so on.
This level was also the only open area. All kinds of visitors could come, so long as they did not violate the laws.
Having inspected his territory and found nothing amiss, Xiboer flapped his wings and began to rise toward the second level. As he ascended, he saw quite a few people climbing the mountain.
