Back at his Rest Cabin, Lu Mi found Black Shadow had destroyed his cat teaser wands, then discovered Rete had given him ointment for his injuries with instructions forbidding sex.

• Lu Mi told Rete that Yu Tu had behaved like a beast and asked whether a Diamond-grade Energy Master could be altered; Rete explained that drugs were unlikely to last through the journey and suggested an alchemist might be responsible.
