Qiyuan Island spanned over a thousand li, vast in area, with no shortage of large and small forces.
Yet there were only three largest powers.
They were the Nu Tao Sect, the Baichuan Association, and the Wangyue Merchant Guild.
Ning Fa already knew something of the Wangyue Merchant Guild. It was a major merchant guild that ranked among the foremost across the entire Leiming Sea.
It had risen to prominence on Qiyuan Island, with its headquarters there and business spread throughout the Leiming Sea. In recent years, it had even expanded toward the Five Spirits Sea and the Yuheng Sea.
In truth, the Wangyue Merchant Guild had been jointly founded by several families, and the Luo Family now held the reins.
The Nu Tao Sect, meanwhile, was a traditional sect power. It could even be regarded as Qiyuan Island's official force, for the Nu Tao Sect was affiliated with Lei Prison Mountain, the ruler of the Leiming Sea.
The Baichuan Association was a Rogue Cultivator Alliance, but whether in number of cultivators or overall strength, it was not the least bit inferior.
Moreover, the Baichuan Association had never been on good terms with the Nu Tao Sect, because its backer was none other than the Leiming Sea's underground giant—Fu Ling Hall. This was practically common knowledge on Qiyuan Island.
For some unknown reason, however, Lei Prison Mountain seemed to turn a blind eye to this matter. It had not dispatched forces to eradicate the Baichuan Association, instead allowing it to continue existing.
Each of these three great powers had several Nascent Soul Cultivators overseeing them, along with numerous Core Formation Cultivators. Their strength was essentially on the same level.
The Nu Tao Sect and the Baichuan Association had always fought openly and secretly, while the Wangyue Merchant Guild remained neutral
