Li Yuan subdued the Capone Family after its leaders stole weapons from the Limitless Pirates, then explained his plan to control West Blue’s Mafia. Capone Beka and Capone Remy surrendered, but Li Yuan warned that he had originally intended to wipe out the family.

• Li Yuan used Conqueror's Haki to incapacitate Capone Sherif and Capone Terense after Sherif blamed the theft on his son.
• Li Yuan told Shakky that he planned to control the West Blue’s five great Mafia families to expand the Limitless Pirates’ influence and intelligence network.
• Capone Beka and Capone Remy arrived with their followers, hoping to exploit the crisis and seize leadership of the Capone Family.
• Beka and Remy recognized Li Yuan and knelt, while Li Yuan knocked their followers unconscious with his Haki.
• Li Yuan told Beka and Remy that the Capone Family had stolen weapons worth 2.5 billion and that he had considered destroying the entire family.

Li Yuan subdued the Capone Family by appointing Capone Beka as its boss and demanding the Castle Fruit and other Devil Fruits. After bringing all five West Blue Mafia families under the Limitless Pirates and returning home with over fifty Devil Fruits, he checked on Koya’s progress with her Cloud-Cloud Fruit.

• Li Yuan spared Capone Beka and Capone Remy after Beka pledged the Capone Family’s loyalty, then named Beka its boss and ordered him to find the Castle Fruit.
• Capone Beka reorganized the family and delivered the Castle Fruit, two other Devil Fruits, and the stolen weapons to Li Yuan the next day.
• Li Yuan directed the Capone Family to expand by absorbing smaller Mafia groups and explained that the five major families would each operate in a separate West Blue region.

• Koya created clouds that Charlotte Linlin turned into Cloud Cloud Homies, and she and Li Yuan agreed to split their production equally.
• Bullet supplied gravity for Charlotte Linlin to make Gravity Homies, and they divided those Homies equally as well.
• Charlotte Linlin asked Li Yuan to help her reconcile with the Giant Race, and he agreed to introduce her to them while leaving the reconciliation up to her.

Li Yuan traded three Cloud Cloud Homies to World for three pieces of Dyna Stone, while secretly arranging to track the Homies in case World used them to attack his territory. Before leaving, Li Yuan warned World against trying to destroy the World Government, leaving World silent and reconsidering his ambition.

• World asked Li Yuan for three large Cloud Cloud Homies, and Li Yuan agreed to trade them for three pieces of Dyna Stone on Monsk Island.
• Li Yuan had Yumaz make Locators and Koya install them inside the Homies, then ordered the two to keep the plan secret and monitor the Homies.

• Crowds gathered to watch the duel, and the two swordsmen attacked them with massive slashes, killing many and driving the survivors away.
• Gai Nie and Mihawk agreed to find an island and resume their fight before One Piece’s execution.
• Gai Nie took Mihawk aboard his custom speedboat, and Mihawk admired the vessel and said he would commission one from Thomas Shipyard.

• Toloptsov Mike tried to stop the first Dyna Stone, but its timer reached zero; the explosion killed him and devastated the area, though his intervention saved some Celestial Dragons.
• World continued throwing Dyna Stones while Li Yuan cheered him on, and successive blasts swept through nearly sixty percent of Mary Geoise.

World escaped after destroying most of Mary Geoise with Dyna Stones, leaving the Five Elders to face the Celestial Dragons’ anger. Meanwhile, Roger’s execution began in Loguetown, where he smiled and asked for his handcuffs to be removed.

He discovered her divination was a rare form of Observation Haki and recruited her into the Limitless Pirates, hoping to use her power to find Pure Gold.

• Saint Saturn and the other Five Elders discussed the spread of news about the bombing and ordered their forces to search the Calm Belt for World.
• Li Yuan arrived at Fish-Man Island through the Mirror World and went with Kumas to Fish-Man Street to find a mermaid who could tell fortunes.
