Dust Release's Ratio, Kurotsuchi?

Kanami soon reached the Shadow Clone that had found what looked like a record of Dust Release.

When he arrived, he saw a large cave opening at the foot of the mountain.

The Shadow Clone was inside.

Kanami entered and dispelled the clone.

In fact, he dispelled every Shadow Clone.

None of the others had found so much as a possible clue about Dust Release.

At this distance, his Shadow Clones could share information with his original body.

White smoke rose from the foot of several mountains at once. Kanami's Shadow Clones vanished, and all their chakra returned to him.

A jumble of information flooded in, but almost none of it was useful. Kanami shut it out.

He studied what had been recorded on the cave wall.

It showed only three symbols, representing wind, earth, and fire.

Their meaning was obvious to Kanami.

They represented chakra natures: wind, earth, and fire.

But he could not make sense of the little black dots beside them.

Each of the three symbols had several.

"What are these dots? They can't mean Yin Release chakra, can they?"

Kanami thought it over and quickly dismissed the idea.

The chakra test paper used by the Five Great Ninja Villages could detect only five natures: wind, water, fire, earth, and lightning. It could not detect Yin Release or Yang Release.

Ordinarily, then, ninja from those villages would not even have a concept of Yin and Yang chakra nature transformation.

So the dots could not represent Yin and Yang.

Kanami kept pondering them.
