Background / History

Bibi Dong previously had a romantic relationship with Yu Xiaorou and offered to make her Spirit Hall’s chief researcher. She rejected the offer, resenting his domineering attitude and dismissal of her theories. His involvement with his teacher, Qian Xunji, and the birth of their daughter, Qian Renxue, further damaged their relationship. Yu Xiaorou ultimately left Spirit Hall for Nording Academy 5 6 15.

Formerly Spirit Hall’s Holy Son, Bibi Dong killed Qian Xunji to obtain the position of Pope, according to Tang Hao. He subsequently consolidated extensive support within Spirit Hall, although Qian Daoliu’s Rank 99 strength remained a restraint on his authority. His stated ambitions are to control Spirit Hall and unify Douluo Continent 14 15 21.
