Tang San was a God King in his previous life. After dying in spatial turbulence shortly after reaching that position, he is reborn into his six-year-old body at Nording Academy, retaining—or gradually recovering—memories of his former life and cultivation journey 6.

At enrollment, his Blue Silver Grass Martial Soul is ridiculed as useless despite his Innate Full Soul Power. Yu Xiaorou identifies this contradiction as evidence that he likely possesses Twin Martial Souls and offers to teach him.
