After that battle, the Wind Demon had ultimately fallen into Er Dongsheng's hands. He had not escaped!

In truth, from the moment Er Dongsheng defeated the Wind King's projection, the Wind Demon had resigned himself to his fate and given up trying to flee. While Er Dongsheng was unconscious, he had remained firmly clenched in Er Dongsheng's hand, with the Ink Spirit Flame watching him like a hawk. He hadn't dared make the slightest move!

Without a flesh-and-blood body, every thought and every projection of his soul was trapped inside that tiny Rock Core. It was like being locked forever in a pitch-black room.
