The Wind Demon's Plot!

At the last possible moment, Er Dongsheng followed the Wind Demon's directions, leaped into a side tunnel, and escaped! A thunderous crash followed. Dust billowed around him, the earth shook, and huge chunks of rubble sealed the tunnel entrance completely!

"Phew!"

He seemed to be safe!

Whatever schemes the Wind Demon had up his sleeve, escaping came first! Er Dongsheng simply couldn't muster the courage to fight that monster. The pressure it exerted on him was even greater than the Wind King's projection had been!

But...

"Raaagh!"

A shrill roar rang out behind Er Dongsheng!

Damn it, it followed me? How is that possible?

Startled, Er Dongsheng sprang a long way back and spun around. He pressed his back against the rock wall and took a defensive stance, ready to face the giant python that seemed to have followed him in!
