With a casual lift of his hand, the Wind King sent an enormous blade of wind hurtling toward Er Dongsheng. Its pressure bore down on the surroundings, and the air hissed as its sheer speed and razor-sharp edge split it apart!

Er Dongsheng folded his arms across his chest. The enormous wings on his back rose, then swept forward with force. Boom! Surging flames poured out and clashed with the incoming wind blade!

Crack!

The Wind Blade shattered amid the towering flames, its fragments vanishing into the endless sky!

Neither side had gained the upper hand in their first exchange. They were evenly matched!

"Oh? His strength has grown this much already!" The Wind King silently studied the dark figure opposite him. Compared with their first meeting, Er Dongsheng's strength had risen by far more than a little!

His eyes narrowed. For the first time, he felt that letting Er Dongsheng live back then had been a mistake. At this level, the man could threaten him!

"Perhaps I should kill you. I can already sense a threat from you," the Wind King said calmly, without a ripple in his voice, as though killing were something he could do on a whim.

"Kill me? You can try!" Er Dongsheng scoffed. He was no longer who he had been. His abilities had improved many times over, and as he studied the Legendary Demon's Inheritance Crystal, he had uncovered more and more knowledge and secret arts. To that mighty Legendary Demon, these had been trivial
