The End and a New Journey

"Damn it, damn it!"

The blood-soaked man rose, heedless of the stunned demons around him, and roared in fury!

He could not understand why any of this had happened!

"Why? Why?! I was so close to succeeding, only to fall short at the final step!" The figure was none other than the Giant who had entered the depths of Time and Space moments ago. From the look of him, things had gone badly!

His injuries seemed severe!

"Cough, cough!" Another mouthful of blood surged out. The man clutched his chest with one hand, his gaze growing unfocused. In the other, he held a tiny glowing sphere. No one knew what it was!

"Damn it. My old injuries have flared up too..."

"But if you think that's enough to make me give up, dream on!" The man looked at the sphere in his hand and gave a cold smile!

He silently straightened, swept his gaze around, and finally fixed it on the Abyssal Will!

"Come on, then. If you want it, give me everything you've got!"

It was all so strange.

He had entered the depths of space, then shot back out mere seconds later. Had he broken the Universe's seal? What had happened in that brief span to leave such a powerful demon so furious—and so gravely wounded?

What had changed? None of the demons knew. Even the Abyssal Will paused, seemingly unable to understand why he had suddenly reappeared.

But now that the food which had escaped its jaws had delivered itself right back, how could it refuse to eat?

"Awooo!"

The Abyssal Will abruptly grew excited. Roaring with delight, the will lingering there transformed into a colossal hand and seized at the badly wounded man!
