The battle in the Alfano region had finally come to an end.
It had begun with Nesser and his companions' invasion. After fierce resistance, it ended with a single strike from the Apocalyptic Demon Dragon Acnologia.
The battle cemented Acnologia's fearsome reputation for destruction. The discovery of a certain object also sped up the recovery of certain people.
Yet the battle's effects did not end there. Its power to intimidate the surrounding regions was only beginning to show.
Alfano bordered more than one region, and the many would-be invaders among its neighbors had all fallen silent.
They had once planned to invade. Now they found that the neighbor beside them had become a far more terrifying monster. Forget invading—they needed to think about how to protect themselves!
In the Wizard World—
There was a strange Barrier called the Central World.
If someone could look toward it from the far reaches of the Universe, they would see that the Central World lay at the very heart of the Wizard World.
The Barriers were arranged like a solid ring. The central region was the point at its heart, while the other Barriers spread throughout the ring.
Some of these Barriers had been discovered, while others remained untamed. Most, however, were worlds the Wizards had already begun to develop.
