The deities plunged into a frenzied melee. Their battle shook heaven and earth, and mountains, forests, stars, and all creation began to crumble.

The Dark Deities surged with boundless dark energy, almost comparable to the breath of the Abyss. They unleashed cruelty, bloodlust, rage, and every other dark emotion, imposing their will upon all things.
Some deities called them the successors to the Abyss Demons. They carried on the demons' traditions of conquest and slaughter. There was only one difference: the Universe acknowledged these Dark Deities instead of rejecting them as fiercely as it did the Abyss Demons.
A searing beam of light tore across tens of thousands of miles of Starry Sky. Wherever it passed, countless beings—Fallen Ones, creatures of darkness, and creatures of the light alike—were destroyed.
"Hmph! Angel's Punishment!"
"Sinners, I hereby pronounce you guilty. You shall die!"
A Six-Winged Angel beat his holy wings and gripped a dazzling white sword in one hand. With each swing, brilliant Holy Light burst forth. The rays joined into an even mightier sword-shaped radiance that nearly split the entire battlefield in two.
Angel's Punishment!
It was the mightiest ability of the Angel Clan, one of the strongest peoples of the Light God Clan. Only Angels with at least five wings could wield it. They formed a holy sword from Holy Light and guided it with their will to destroy all they judged guilty.
After Angel's Punishment, the fighting around them faltered. Everyone seemed shaken.
