A little over a thousand clicks, a little over eight hundred recommendations. My editor said, "Those numbers are miserable! They're both free, so why won't anyone even give you that much support?"
Subscriptions for my old book were poor, and now even clicks and recommendations for the new one were poor!
Faced with my editor's words, I had nothing to say.
What a headache~
I was too embarrassed to ask for a book cover.
Some people said it was because there were no girls!
But Sixue really couldn't write a harem story. The protagonist was still so weak at the start, yet girls somehow threw themselves at him like fools. Wasn't that too ridiculous?
They could fall in love at first sight just walking down the street, or bump into each other and end up in bed!
What the hell? Was that really the trend in web novels now?
What a headache. The protagonist seemed so clueless, with all those women inexplicably falling for him. It was bizarre.
But people really did like it!
Were the new book's painful numbers really because it had no girls?
I just couldn't figure it out~ R1152
