Ōtsutsuki Isshiki slowly opened his eyes.

He had sensed the power of the Ōtsutsuki again.

"Soon. I will take back everything that belongs to me."

Isshiki's eyes shifted.

"Is this where the spacetime passage through the moon was located? Can we reopen it?"

In the space once used to travel through the moon, several shinobi dressed in the specialized attire of exploration shinobi were surveying the surroundings.

Exploration shinobi, those who held this certification, could hire people to conduct protected explorations in various countries.

They would not be directly expelled by those countries.

This was a system established by the Shinobi Association for different types of shinobi.

"It'll be difficult, but it's not impossible."

A shinobi familiar with spatial ninjutsu said so.

"Be careful. If Konoha finds out we're using illegal methods to explore, they might throw us out."

Exploration shinobi were not allowed to conduct illegal, violent explorations. They could only carry out protected explorations.

Otherwise, they would not be recognized by the Shinobi Association.

That would give Konoha an excuse to throw them out.

So they had to be careful.

But they could not do it without violent exploration.

The space here was different from the space outside.
