The many new students waited with bated breath.

Naruto Uzumaki slowly rose into the air, arriving above the island Tobitake Tonbo had created.

He brought his hands together.

An immense amount of chakra enveloped Naruto, turning his entire body yellow and covering him in numerous markings.

It was like a suit of clothing wrapped around him.

"Ooh, it's showtime again. The kids from the previous class were utterly stunned. This class should be too, right?"

Kurama remained within Naruto's body, sensing the new students on the other side and laughing heartily.

Aside from sleeping, the thing he enjoyed most while following Naruto was probably the Ninja Academy tests that had begun in the past two years.

Every time, he got to show off his might. That sense of accomplishment from flaunting his power was incomparable.

Naruto said, "Didn't Uncle Tonbo create an island with ninjutsu? We should put some effort into it. We can't fail to destroy even one island, and it has to be spectacular. We can't lose to Neji."

He would not lose to Neji.

"Don't worry. We've improved over the years too. Heh heh, I have to say, the things Tobitake Tonbo makes are incredible. He actually helped me improve. That's truly remarkable."

He was no longer some mindless brute. He was a highly intelligent Tailed Beast.

Naruto laughed loudly. "Hahaha, then let Uncle Tonbo see that even after becoming Hokage and being bogged down by so many trivial matters, our progress hasn't been any less than his."

"Let's go, Kurama!" Naruto's eyes blazed as his shout resounded through the heavens.

"Yeah!" Kurama answered from within him as powerful energy surged forth in an instant.
