Ebisu's Breakdown

Inside the classroom.

All the new students were waiting for the teacher to arrive.

Yet the bustling classroom was already filled with chatter.

It was all the new students' anticipation for the future.

Especially the children of leading figures from other industries.

Those whose families made films, ran companies, and so on.

They were no longer proud of the things they had once taken pride in. They even wanted to surpass them.

They wanted to use the supreme power of ninjas to accomplish things that could only be done with that kind of power.

For example, opening hotels at sea, or making films with large-scale special effects created through ninjutsu.

Before long, a middle-aged figure slowly approached.

It was Iruka.

Seeing the excited students, Iruka smiled.

He had seen that scene before. It had truly been extraordinary.

Among them had been his proudest student and his teacher.

Now, seeing these students experience the same thing made him even happier.

It was simply too useful for children's growth.

The freshman ceremony that had only begun in the past two years had made Iruka feel the difference.

The current second- and third-year students had all experienced that ceremony. Their mental outlook was worlds apart from when they had first attended school.

Whether in their studies, their mindset, or their desire to improve, they were all much stronger.

"All right, students, quiet down. Next is your first lesson at school. Let me tell you about the history of the Ninja Academy and some famous figures who came from the ninja elementary school."

Iruka did not waste any words and began teaching immediately.

After so many years of effort, Iruka's teaching skills had visibly improved.

He made the dull history lessons of the Ninja Academy come alive.
