Background / History

Yoda was a long-serving Ganwu Dojo mentor and a veteran One-Leaf Qian Wu Adept. Before Wang Yu became a planetary lord, Yoda guided him several times at the dojo; Wang Yu credits that guidance with helping him reach the sixth layer of his Domain while still at the Star-level. 5

By the time Wang Yu contacted him again, Yoda had lived for more than ninety thousand years and was nearing the end of a Universe-level warrior’s lifespan. Despite fighting one thousand Giant Axe life-and-death battles and obtaining the title of Giant Axe Warrior, he had repeatedly failed to break through to the Domain Lord level. 24

Yoda agreed to recommend Wang Yu for recognition as a One-Leaf Qian Wu Adept after learning that Wang Yu had reached the ninth layer of his Domain. He also encouraged Wang Yu to enter the Universe-level Expert Battle, but accepted Wang Yu’s preference for teaching and territorial development over the conventional path of risking his life as an institutional genius. 6
