Gwen, dressed in a white nightgown, climbed out of bed.

Roy said slowly.

Gwen nodded and went to the wardrobe to pick out some clothes.

Then, right in front of Roy, she took off her white nightgown and changed into the casual outfit she had selected.

Once she was dressed, she came over to Roy and said excitedly, "I'm ready."

"We should disguise ourselves, in case Dr. Connors recognizes you."

As soon as he finished speaking, Roy took two authentic Akatsuki Red Cloud Robes and straw hats, as well as two high-quality imitation Konoha ANBU Animal Masks, from the System Space.

He had rarely worn the Akatsuki straw hats before, only putting on the Red Cloud Robe and a white Animal Mask.

The reason he took out the straw hats this time was mainly to hide Gwen's long blonde hair.

After putting on the Akatsuki Red Cloud Robe and straw hat, Gwen first went to the full-length mirror to admire her new outfit before putting on the white Animal Mask.

Just as he had predicted, Dr. Connors was moving quickly at that moment.

Roy did not waste time guessing. He took Gaara's small gourd from the System Space and fastened it around his waist.

Then, he controlled the sand to form a Sand Cloud large enough for both Gwen and himself to stand on.

After stepping onto the Sand Cloud, he guided it toward Dr. Connors.

At that moment, Dr. Connors had no idea that Roy had already set his sights on him.

There was only one thought in his mind now: kill the Oscorp executives who wanted to shut down the Cross-Species Genetics Project.

To him, the Cross-Species Genetics Project was not merely a research project. It was also his hope of regrowing his right arm and becoming a normal person again.

Though he had long adapted to living with only one hand, becoming a normal person with both arms intact had always been his dream.

Anyone who tries to stop me has to die!

After moving through the dark, damp, foul-smelling sewers for some distance, Dr. Connors pushed open a manhole cover and climbed out.

New York's sewers extended in all directions, allowing him to travel to the homes of Oscorp's executives without attracting attention.

But he soon discovered a small problem.

He could not accurately determine his direction while inside the sewers!

Although leaving the sewers meant being seen, he did not care much about that.

Like Blonsky after transforming into Abomination, Dr. Connors had also been affected by the serum's side effects, and his thoughts had become twisted.
