"So you're paying? What, Konoha ninja don't take Leaf missions?" Uchiha Chuan lounged lazily in a rocking chair, his tone teasing and mocking.
"I'll take it!" Kakashi spoke almost without hesitation, his tone crisp and decisive. Though he still looked indifferent on the surface, he was deeply curious about Uchiha Chuan's plan. He wanted to see just what ability Uchiha Chuan had that could turn a dead last like Obito into some so-called "super genius."
"I'll take it too." Rin Nohara smiled gently, her voice carrying a hint of anticipation. Though mild-tempered, she was equally interested in Uchiha Chuan's plan.
"Um... can I take this mission too? I want to join as well." Kurenai Yuhi said softly, her face flushed, her eyes filled with expectation and nervousness.
"Me too! Me too!" Genma Shiranui and Ebisu shouted almost in unison. To them, this was a rare chance to make money. Even the reward for a D-rank mission was enough to tempt them.
"This is youth! I want to take it too!" Might Guy's eyes gleamed as he clenched his fists, as though he could already see himself growing stronger through the mission.
"Damn it, that's shameless! You're hiring child labor!" Asuma glared angrily at Uchiha Chuan, but quickly changed his tune, a sly smile curling across his lips. "But if you don't want me to tell anyone about this, you have to count me in!"
Uchiha Chuan chuckled and swept his gaze across the group. "Talk to the director about that. The director is here."
"The director?" Everyone looked utterly baffled, completely unable to understand what Uchiha Chuan meant.
Just then, Zheng Buyan Yi arrived with his three assistant directors. They carried thick scripts and filming plans, looking every bit like a professional production crew.
