More than a nation, Totto Land was a miniature version of the entire world.
Centered on Whole Cake Island, it comprised thirty-four surrounding islands, each governed by a minister.
It was called a miniature world because nearly every race in existence could be found there.
For all her cruelty, Charlotte Linlin had a dream: to make Totto Land a country where every race lived as equals.
Totto Land now included almost every race. There was, however, one exception.
Not a single giant lived there.
The reason went back many years, when a prince from another country took an interest in one of Charlotte Linlin's daughters.
This was no ordinary prince. Charlotte Linlin would have dismissed a proposal from any ordinary country without a second thought.

Charlotte Linlin would have married Loki herself without hesitation if he had wanted her instead of her daughter.
