This was my first time writing an ending, so I hope you'll forgive anything I didn't do well.
Fei Wen was still a complete newbie when he wrote One Piece: Heart of a Swordmaster. He did it entirely because he loved One Piece fanfiction. He'd run out of things to read and thought he'd write one himself. As for the title, he came up with it on the spur of the moment.
How did it feel to finish? Saying it brought Fei Wen to his knees would be an exaggeration—he was a sturdy guy who weighed over a hundred jin—but he still felt pretty rough.
To be honest, this book got off to a poor start because Fei Wen was so inexperienced. Seeing how well other writers were doing, he couldn't help feeling envious, and more than once he thought about abandoning it.
