Inside the Central Castle, bright lights illuminated a hall decorated in warm pinks and reds. A soothing sweetness filled the air, enough to make anyone relax without realizing it.
But that warmth brought no comfort now. Everyone in the hall kept their heads down, afraid to disturb the enormous figure on the throne before them.
She was Charlotte Linlin, the true ruler of Totto Land and the only woman among the New World's Yonko.
She wore a loose pink dress, thick lipstick, and pale purple eyeshadow. Even seated, she radiated a pressure that made it hard to breathe. With a piece of cake in one hand and a heap of pastries in the other, she wolfed them down in great mouthfuls.
The way she ate, coupled with that overwhelming presence, made her seemingly kindly face look like that of a ravenous demon.
Charlotte Linlin suffered from severe Hunger Pangs. They struck without warning and could not be predicted. When they did, she descended into a frenzy, smashing and destroying anything in her path.
