A sailboat packed with Undead drifted across the sea, bobbing along with no one quite sure where it was headed. Two half-dead men lay on the damp deck, staring up at the sky.
One had dark skin and the other fair, a striking contrast. Their miserable expressions, though, were identical.
The storm a few days ago hadn't capsized their ship, but it had swept the only Undead aboard who knew how to navigate into the waves. They had been lost at sea ever since.
The good news was that there were only two living people aboard!
Finding enough food wouldn't be a problem. The hold was still full of fruits and vegetables, so they didn't have to worry about getting scurvy from a lack of vitamins anytime soon.
The bad news was that this couldn't go on forever!
Enel was a fruit fiend, and he went through an astonishing amount every day. Even if he changed his diet and became a carnivore like Luffy, the fruits and vegetables would run out eventually.
And then Enel, a senior officer of Turtle Island and the newly appointed Shichibukai known as "Thunder God," would die of scurvy because he couldn't get enough vitamins.
