An image surfaced in Usopp's mind: that guy with a white cloth covering his face, a hat on his head, and a sinister look in his eyes.

Usopp looked as if he had just figured it out. "Oh, him."

Chopper nodded. "That's him. He was disguised back then, so you didn't get a good look at his face."

Usopp muttered, "Right. He kept his face covered with that white cloth. How was I supposed to see it?"

Huh? White cloth? What was he talking about? Chopper opened his mouth, a huge question mark practically hanging over his head. If he remembered correctly, it had been a black robe.

Noticing Chopper's look, Usopp found it strange. He went on, "Isn't that right? Besides, Chopper, you remembered it wrong."

Chopper looked up to see Usopp pointing at him. That bastard Usopp said my memory was wrong? Like hell it was! How could I ever forget what my benefactor looked like?!

Chopper sprang up, his emotions flaring. "I did not remember it wrong! You're color-blind, you damn bastard!"
