Shus had never met anyone with such terrifying willpower. Today had opened his eyes.

Shus's eyes lit up. He took a deep breath and made up his mind, though the fierce fight had already taken a heavy toll on him.

The Redbeard Pirates had left the New World a long time ago. After so many easy days, a little exertion was enough to leave Shus gasping.

Gin showed no mercy. He sprang onto Shus's back and swung both canes with all his might, battering his neck and head.
