Dogura might have been short and none too strong, but right then he was like a beast gone mad. The Steel Saber flashed in his hands as he hacked wildly at the kingdom's guards.
The blade flashed and blood sprayed. He cut down several guards with his desperate assault. Dadan was about to rush over to help when Magura and the others dragged her toward the back door.
"Bastards, let go of me!" Dadan shouted, struggling with all her might. "I'm not running away alone!"
"Hm?" Leg-Kick Owen heard the commotion and saw that a fight had broken out inside. He turned and hurried into Dadan's house with his men. He had no desire to keep chatting with Garp; the man's presence was far too intimidating.
Of course, Oven had no idea this was Garp the Hero, the man who had driven Pirate King Roger into a corner several times.
Garp wanted to help, but by the time he circled behind the house, Dadan and her companions were surrounded.

Magura had just cut down two guards when someone shot him. The bullet struck him in the chest. Gritting his teeth, he kept swinging his blade, determined to use the last of his strength to carve Dadan a path to safety.
