Yours Is Really Loose
"Sir, this is the Night Parade Bathhouse."
Niu Daji led Liu Zheng along for quite a while before they finally reached their destination.
As the foremost of Bathhouse Street's ten major bathhouses, and also the oldest bathhouse on the street, the Night Parade Bathhouse was not located in the center of Bathhouse Street. Instead, it occupied a large plot of land on the eastern side.
Even so, sedans and rickshaws came and went in an endless stream, and the lights were still on in broad daylight.
"Pretty impressive."
Liu Zheng looked at the Night Parade Bathhouse in the distance.
It was a tiered building. The lowest level was the largest, while each level above grew progressively smaller.
At the very top, there was only a watchtower no larger than a toilet.
The building appeared to be made entirely of wood. The protruding triangular structures around it were painted gold, the main walls red, and the upturned eaves were covered in green tiles.
Because of their great age, the paint had peeled and become stained. Yet that made the combination of gold, red, and green look not gaudy, but grand and noble.
Whoever had designed this building back then was undoubtedly a master of aesthetics.
Liu Zheng admired the Night Parade Bathhouse for a few more moments and inexplicably felt that it looked familiar, as though he had seen similar buildings in quite a few anime.
"The doctor will be coming over later as well. Wait nearby and be ready to support us at any time."
He instructed.
"Got it."
Niu Daji hurriedly agreed.
"By the way, if you help me oppose Granny Tang, your family won't suffer retaliation, will they?"
Liu Zheng suddenly thought to ask.
"Don't worry, sir. I've already cut ties with my family.
