When he plunged his hand into the boiling liquid, he did not feel any scorching heat. He even felt a faint coolness.
The liquid did not feel as viscous as it looked, either. Instead, it felt like playing with bubble solution.
"Why aren't you fishing it out yet? What are you waiting for?"
All Terminals urged him.
"I didn't fish anything out."
Liu Zheng scooped around a few times and spoke in confusion.
"You just need to cup it in your hands and bring it out."
All Terminals said.

He brought his hands together and lifted them from the pot.
A black, brain-like lump appeared in his hands, while the pot had turned into a pool of clear water.
Liu Zheng gave it an experimental shake. The black brain-shaped object bounced lightly in his hands and gave off a faint fragrance, like grilled brain wrapped in foil.
"What is this?"
he asked curiously.
"Can't you tell just by looking?"
"It really is a brain?"
His brow twitched.
"That's right. Why don't you guess what creature's brain it is?"
A trace of a smile finally appeared on All Terminals's face, though it was the kind born of malicious amusement.

After a moment of silence, Liu Zheng asked.
"There's some human brain in it too, but not much. Humans always think too much, and the scent of their brains is more complex, so only a tiny amount can be added. Otherwise, it would ruin the main fragrance profile of the Brain Fragrance."

He nodded noncommittally.
"Go give it to that old fellow."
