Sheep said seriously.
The spiral horns on either side of their head reflected a metallic gleam. The tips were stained a deep red, and there was even a faint smell of sulfur in the air.
Though it seemed somewhat ridiculous for a sheep to make such threats, no one doubted the ability of an official City Hall employee.
