Xia Lun stood, his gaze slowly sweeping over Brigadier General, who was frowning in thought; Nun, who was studying the notebook; Horn, who looked utterly bewildered; and Gunner, who was stuffing his face with meat.

A moment later, Horn broke the silence. "Huh? Why did everyone suddenly stop talking? And why the long faces? Sir Xia Lun found a way off the island. Shouldn't we be happy?"

"Rationally, I think we should." Brigadier General took a roll of tobacco from his pocket, stuffed it into his pipe, and held it near the campfire before taking a gentle puff. "Uh, Delis, you really do overthink things." Horn scratched his head, his brow furrowing until his features nearly scrunched into a single point. "But if you ask me, action matters more than thought. We'll find out when we try."
