Shikato explained from the side:
"The batch of Uzumaki Survivors that Lord Sarutobi brought back earlier is now completing their village entry procedures.
They've been assigned to the Uzumaki Lands to reunite with Clan Head Shui Yuan and the others—after all, they're family, so integrating should not be difficult."
He paused, then pulled out another form.
"Still, they are new members of Konoha, so many things have to be started over.
Konoha identity registration, chakra nature filing, residence registration, employment preference surveys... all of it has to be entered into the database.
The registration office has been working overtime these past few days, but quite a backlog has still built up."
Kumoi nodded and looked through the forms.
"That is only proper."
He said:
"They are family, after all. No matter how cumbersome the procedures are, they must be handled properly.
The colleagues at the registration office have worked hard. Once this batch of work is finished, give them some leave and let them rest properly for a few days."
Shikato smiled. "They'll definitely be happy to hear that."
Kumoi looked over the documents for a while longer, then raised his head and asked:
"Is there a specific resettlement plan for these newly arrived Uzumaki?"
Shikato rose, walked over to his briefcase, took out two neatly bound documents, and handed them to Kumoi with both hands.
