The Battle Between Superpowers and Science

As the distance between the two sides closed, both Doflamingo and the Eagle Nation's five-star general wore the same smile.

Suddenly, the Eagle Nation's five-star general waved his hand, and the entire force halted two hundred meters away from Doflamingo.

Yet he had no idea that, beyond his field of vision, Doflamingo had completely sealed off the Birdcage.

"Man over there, release the laboratory researchers immediately! This general may still leave you an intact corpse!"

Sitting atop a tank, the five-star general roared into the loudspeaker in his hand.

Hearing the voice echo across the wilderness, Doflamingo casually dug at his ear.

"You seem awfully confident! I hope you can keep that smile in a moment!"

With that, Doflamingo blew away the earwax he had dug out and flashed a wide grin.

"Then let the game begin! Let me see what you're relying on!"

"Bastard! He clearly has no respect for our Great Eagle Empire! Someone, order the snipers in the helicopters to target that guy!"

"Yes, General!"

"The snipers are in position! They can fire at any time!"

"Fire! Shoot out that bastard's limbs and teach him a lesson!"

"Understood, General!"

With that, dozens of snipers aboard the helicopters trained their scopes on Doflamingo.

However, just as they were about to pull the triggers, they suddenly discovered that their fingers would not move no matter how hard they tried.

And that was not all. Their bodies began moving unnaturally, gradually turning their scopes toward several officers surrounding the five-star general.

"NO! NO! God, what is happening?! Why is my body moving on its own?!"

A special forces soldier looked panicked. Watching his finger slowly squeeze the trigger, he desperately tried to resist, but it was all futile.

He could only watch helplessly as his finger lightly pulled the trigger.
