Kaguya had just awakened from her slumber. Her mind was still groggy, and she did not immediately grasp the situation. She carefully surveyed her surroundings, then froze slightly when she saw Naruto. Her eyes activated the Byakugan.
"This is... Asura? No, not quite. Something's wrong!" Kaguya carefully examined Naruto's chakra with her Byakugan and sensed many inconsistencies. He seemed like Asura, yet he did not.
"Sister Kaguya!"
Hanabi Hyuga's call made Kaguya turn her head.
"Hanabi, it's you!"
A delighted smile appeared on Kaguya's face. She had not expected to see Hanabi Hyuga.
"She smiled, she smiled..." Naruto rubbed his eyes. Sure enough, she was vastly different from the Kaguya Otsutsuki in Awen's memories.
Kaguya walked over to Hanabi Hyuga, deactivating her Byakugan. The Nine-Tomoe Rinne Sharingan on her forehead slowly closed as well.
"So this is the era you live in now, Hanabi!" Kaguya's voice was somewhat cool.
"Mhm, mhm!"
Hanabi Hyuga nodded rapidly like a pecking chick and said joyfully, "Sister Kaguya, Naruto and Miss Uchiha Hikari revived you. This is wonderful. I finally get to see you again."
"I'm happy to see you again too."
Kaguya and Hanabi Hyuga embraced. However, eleven-year-old Hanabi Hyuga was rather small, and Kaguya excitedly lifted her up and spun her around once before setting her back down.
"Looks like there's no problem!" Tobirama Senju breathed a sigh of relief inwardly. The Sage of Six Paths' appearance just now had truly worried him.
"Oh, right..."
Kaguya suddenly remembered something. She turned around and let her snow-white hair fall into view.
"Hanabi, look. I listened to you and didn't keep my hair overly long anymore."
"Haha... Sister Kaguya, you're so beautiful. 'Beauty that could topple a kingdom' was made for you!" Hanabi Hyuga clapped excitedly.
"Really?" Kaguya's eyes lit up as she asked.
