Naruto's Flying Thunder God Technique

"Rasengan!"

Naruto leaped down, killed the last giant snake, then concealed himself and prepared to close in from another direction.

Orochimaru suddenly froze. A shuriken flew past his side, and he thought with satisfaction, Not bad. Sasuke's skills are impressive. He can predict my movements and launch intercepting attacks.

Orochimaru caught the shuriken between his teeth, his face cold.

"Fire Release: Dragon Flame Jutsu!"

Sasuke formed hand seals with both hands, biting the wire as a tongue of fire raced along it and set Orochimaru ablaze.

"Whew..." Sasuke narrowed his eyes as he stared ahead, breathing lightly.

Within the flames, Orochimaru's Kusagakure disguise had already burned away. His pale yellow robe and purple waist cord revealed his true appearance.

"Hehehe... At such a young age, you've already mastered the Sharingan so well. You truly are a descendant of the Uchiha Clan. This makes me so happy!"

Orochimaru looked at Sasuke, trembling with excitement. "As expected of his younger brother. From your eyes, I can tell that your potential far surpasses Itachi Uchiha's!"

Sasuke and Sakura trembled. They had been caught in a Binding Jutsu and could not move!

"Who exactly are you?! How do you know Itachi Uchiha?!" What Sasuke cared about most now was the person Orochimaru had mentioned.

Orochimaru introduced himself as he formed hand seals. "My name is Orochimaru!"

Orochimaru's neck suddenly stretched out, exposing sharp fangs as his head lunged toward Sasuke.

At that moment, Naruto suddenly appeared and slammed his palm down. Orochimaru instantly vanished, leaving behind a forehead protector that fell before Sasuke and Sakura, making them both breathe a sigh of relief. In front of Naruto lay Orochimaru's clothes and the Earth Scroll.

"We're saved!"

Sasuke and Sakura panted heavily, collapsing onto the ground.

"Dead last, you were way too slow!" Sasuke complained to Naruto, still reeling from the relief of surviving.

Naruto smiled and tossed the Earth Scroll to Sasuke. Picking up Orochimaru's clothes, he said, "Sorry, sorry. That guy was strong, but he was also arrogant. I was afraid he'd use a substitute, so I didn't dare act rashly!"

"That Orochimaru suddenly disappeared. Naruto, was that the new technique you mentioned?" Sakura asked in surprise.

Naruto pointed at the forehead protector on the ground. "Let's talk as we move. These things are all evidence. We already have the Heaven and Earth Scrolls, so once we get back to the tower, we'll report this to the people there!"

After Sasuke handed Orochimaru's Sound Ninja forehead protector to Sakura for safekeeping, Team 7 hurried toward the tower.

"That jutsu just now was called the Flying Thunder God Technique. It was a space-time ninjutsu invented by the Second Hokage and brought to greatness by the Fourth Hokage." Naruto explained the technique he had just used to Sakura and Sasuke.

Sasuke said in astonishment, "A space-time ninjutsu? You used the Flying Thunder God Technique to teleport Orochimaru somewhere else, didn't you?"

Sakura asked doubtfully, "But why were Orochimaru's clothes, forehead protector, and Earth Scroll all left behind?"

Naruto said with utter dejection, "Because I haven't fully mastered this jutsu yet!"

"Ugh..." Naruto let out a heavy sigh. "The Flying Thunder God Technique was developed based on the Summoning Jutsu. Using an ordinary Summoning Jutsu for space-time summoning isn't a problem, but the issue lies in the Reverse Summoning Technique step..."

"Whenever I use the Flying Thunder God Technique, transferring objects is fine. But when transferring people, I can only transfer one thing at a time. Either their belongings disappear and they stand there naked, or their clothes and such stay behind while they themselves appear naked at the location of the Flying Thunder God Mark."

Naruto's smile widened even further. "That's right!" Sasuke echoed Sakura.

Inside the Hokage's office, the Chunin Ninja Exams had made the Hokage's work far busier than before.

Hiruzen Sarutobi suddenly heard a huge boom. Startled, he hurried to the window and looked in that direction. The explosion had come from the Ninja Academy area.

A female ANBU ninja with long purple hair and a mask suddenly appeared, dropping to one knee as she reported, "Lord Hokage, this is bad. It was Orochimaru. The pursuing ANBU reported that Orochimaru, naked, blew up the Ninja Academy's septic tank."

"Hah..." Hiruzen Sarutobi's expression was indescribable. Even the pipe in his mouth fell to the floor. Who knew how shocking this news was for an elderly Hokage well past fifty?

After that, Team 7 spent the journey either traveling or resting. During one break, everyone became extremely thirsty, so Sasuke went out to find water before they continued onward.

At this point, everyone was busy collecting scrolls. As for people waiting near the tower to intercept others, that would only start happening after two days. By the time Team 7 reached the tower, the sky was already nearly dark.

The three members of Team 7 remained quiet along the way. After entering the hall, they saw a line of writing on the wall concerning heaven and earth. After studying it for a while, Naruto directly opened both scrolls and poured chakra into them. A cloud of smoke appeared out of nowhere, and when it dispersed, the figure standing there was Iruka.
