By the rating standards of a tire mascot whose main business was selling tires, it had earned a spot on the three-star must-eat list. In short, it was a restaurant that looked terribly upscale and cost a fortune per person.
Su Lin had no idea how that bunch of people with no legal identities had obtained a business license and opened a genuinely authorized branch. They had even recreated part of the family-dinner setting from Lu Mingfei's world. Their intentions were downright sinister.
"Business is good." Su Lin was quite pleased with the restaurant's profits and put it under his own name.
Whatever name appeared on the paperwork, there was no problem as long as the money went into his pocket.
Shirou Emiya wiped away his sweat, mentally calculating how many more children his household could accommodate.
Maybe he should simply open a Fuyuki kindergarten. Illya would be angry, but if he coaxed her properly...
"Tastes good," Su Lin praised.
Shirou Emiya paused, then replied, "As long as you're satisfied."
"Do you think we could turn the meat of Mythological Creatures and dragons into new dishes?" Su Lin asked. "Charcoal-grilled Spirit Worms, for instance, or spicy braised Black Dragon claws."
"I'm afraid not..."
For the diners' safety, Shirou Emiya hoped Su Lin would abandon the idea.
Su Lin strolled over to the blinds and parted them with his fingers. Looking down from the second floor at the back garden, he saw "Grandpa and Grandma" sitting beneath a parasol with their "granddaughter," both elders beaming with happiness.
Good heavens...
They would rather believe that false scene than the explanation he had given them.
Something about how the child had told them all about how irresponsible the two of them were and all the ways they bullied people.
