"Let me see. Hmm—such a strong aura of Dark Magic. It's like you just dug it out of the Grindelwald family tomb."
After several days, Roy finally took his homemade "stinky tofu" out of the Dark Magic array. He hadn't placed any real Dark Magic on Voldemort's old notebook, but its aura alone would make even Dumbledore think twice. He might wonder whether Voldemort had left a curse on it and worry that he'd missed something.
"Next, I need to ask Professor Jobana for help. I hope she doesn't see through this little trick."
Roy looked at the old notebook in his hand, still giving off wisps of dark, sinister energy, and felt a little uneasy.
After thinking it over, he decided to ask Dumbledore to check the quality of his forgery first. If Professor Jobana saw through it immediately, the embarrassment would be the least of his worries. It could interfere with Operation Wallbreaker, and Roy couldn't accept that.
Carrying a notebook that radiated sinister energy through the castle didn't seem wise. Roy found an old newspaper and wrapped the notebook in it.
But Roy seemed to have underestimated the effects of soaking the notebook in Dark Magic. He'd left it in a little too long, and the newspaper couldn't contain it. He stuffed the wrapped notebook down the back of his pants, but the escaping Dark Magic seeped through the paper and his trousers. As he walked down the corridor, a slow stream of black gas trailed from his backside. It had no smell, yet somehow it looked as though it ought to stink.
Everyone Roy passed in the corridor gave him a strange look. He was starting to panic, thinking his robbery plan had been exposed. If they hadn't all covered their noses and hurried away at
