After some testing, Lin Feng confirmed that the Radiant Symbiote had two traits.
The first was a binding ability determined by its user's strength.
The second was an unimaginably powerful ability to hide itself.
Fortunately, the thing had no self-awareness.
If it had, the little fellow would surely have hidden itself so no one could find it.
"System, can you figure out what this thing is?"
Lin Feng compressed the Symbiote to the size of a glove and slipped it onto his hand.
It had no consciousness, so Lin Feng could shape it however he liked.
But that lack of consciousness was a double-edged sword.
It would not resist Lin Feng.
But anyone who got hold of it could use it without paying a price.
Lin Feng wasn't worried, though. Taking it from him would be next to impossible.
[Unknown Symbiote. Abilities: Sealing and binding, plus exceptionally powerful concealment.] [Additionally, it can enhance its host's five senses...]
The system answered evasively.
Lin Feng was speechless.
"That's it? Did you think I needed you to tell me that?"
He had already tested those functions himself.
"All right, all right. Seriously, though."
"It really is a special existence unlike anything I've ever seen."
"I can't detect it on a sensory level. As far as I can tell, it's nothing."
"Put simply, from the system's perspective, it doesn't exist. I can't analyze something that isn't there, so don't blame me!"
The system was curious, too. The little thing could only be seen with the naked eye, yet it could enhance even Silver Superman's five senses.
But on a sensory level, it truly did not exist, leaving the system no way to analyze it.
It was like an illusion: you might see a bowl of rice, but you could never eat it.
