Each Stone contains immense energy and governs a distinct cosmic authority. Together, all six can reshape or destroy a universe with a snap 159.
Space Stone
- Opens portals to destinations across the universe; it was formerly housed in the Tesseract 159.
- Lin Feng leaves a Space Stone with the Starfolk and modifies it to support their travel, including a means of summoning it back remotely 349.
Time Stone
- Can stop, accelerate, reverse, or loop time 127 159.
- Lin Feng reverses time within a ten-meter radius around a spacecraft. The reversal also restores its hostile defensive systems 137.
- Altering events can produce branching universes; the Ancient One warns Lin Feng against using the Stone lightly 127 130.
Mind Stone

History
Lin Feng’s Superman Bracers can hold all six Stones. He first embeds the Mind Stone after removing it from Loki’s scepter; by the time he prepares to evolve into Silver Superman, he also holds the Space Stone 39 48 56. He takes the Power Stone from Ronan’s hammer, compresses the Aether into the Reality Stone, and receives the Time Stone from the Ancient One 102 125 130. On Vormir, he forces the hidden Soul Stone to appear, completing his set 167.
News that Lin Feng holds five Stones spreads across the universe and draws threats toward Blue Star. He plans to leave the planet with them rather than scatter them where Thanos might find them 159. He later obtains additional complete sets, including Stones taken from Ultron and a large collection seized from the Time Variance Authority 230 280 282.
Lin Feng absorbs one complete set in the sun. The drained Stones turn transparent and vanish, while he gains Multiversal Level strength and the ability to use aspects of their authority without holding them 231. He later absorbs many more Stones for further growth, although that absorption does not take him beyond the Multiversal Level 286 301.
Limitations & Use
- Location matters: Stones lose their power inside the Time Variance Authority and regain it after being brought back into a universe 279 282.
- Energy is not equally usable by everyone: Activating a Stone can demand substantial energy and harm its user. Lotlyn cannot sustain her attempted planetary creation, while Black Robes members regard frequent Time Stone use as dangerous 433 519.
- Their energy has limits: Although close to infinite on a single-universe scale, Stones can be fully drained through Lin Feng’s absorption process 231 290.
- Multiple Stones increase the burden: Lin Feng feels greater pressure when five Stones resonate in his bracers, though he can withstand it 130.
