Thanos Flees to Another Timeline

"Watch out, old man!" Johnny shouted, sending his Judgment Fire spiraling along his chain toward Thanos.

Carter breathed a sigh of relief and patted Nightmare's head. Nightmare let out a shriek and breathed black flames, catching Thanos from the other side.

Attacked from both sides and bound by Johnny's chain, Thanos seemed to have nowhere left to run.

But Thanos dropped his double-bladed sword, seized Johnny's chain with both hands, and swung him around, causing a traffic accident of his own making.

The two victims were forced to move aside and discuss compensation, leaving Thanos free.

Thanos had no time to rest. Tony crashed into him, two black blades springing from his hands as he slashed at Thanos.

With his weapon on the ground, Thanos could not risk meeting Tony's attack head-on. All he could do was dodge.

The blades swung, easily marking armor that countless miniature missiles had failed to scratch.

After dodging several strikes, Thanos finally found an opening and punched at Tony. Tony's armor reshaped itself, creating a magic circle that blocked the blow.

Tony realized his close-combat skills were no match for Thanos's. If this continued, he would be the one to suffer. He quickly leaped back and hovered in the air.

Thanos snatched up his double-bladed sword and hurled it at Tony.

Seeing a weapon bigger than he was flying toward him, Tony did not dare take it lightly. He darted aside.

But just as he prepared to hit Thanos with a powerful spell, the double-bladed sword flew back and knocked him to the ground.

Thanos caught his weapon and charged, only to be slammed back by a huge magic circle Tony raised in front of him.
