Arlong, captain of the Arlong Pirates and leader of the crew, the sawtooth shark Fish-Man, sat cross-legged on an open-air sofa, drinking wine. He suddenly realized he had not seen Nami for quite some time and asked where she had gone.

"No idea. She probably went out to sea to raise money again. She really wants to gather one hundred million Beli as soon as possible and buy her village back from us!"

One of the officers, the ray Fish-Man Kuroobi, answered. Then he suddenly burst into laughter.

"Ha ha ha ha~"

"That woman's the only one naive enough to think we'll really give the village back once she gathers one hundred million Beli!"
