Relaxation Before Evolution

Although Pokémon food was packed with energy, when it came to taste and variety, nothing could compare to the meals Xinhai carefully prepared according to each of their preferences.

"Kirlia, Eevee, are you coming with me, or staying in the room with everyone else?" Xinhai looked at the two little ones beside him.

"Kirlia~" Kirlia gently shook her head and floated over to Combusken, indicating that she wanted to stay behind.

She wanted to spend a little more time with Combusken and use Telepathy to discuss what to expect before evolution.

"Eevee!" Eevee, on the other hand, leaped onto Xinhai's shoulder without hesitation and rubbed her little head against his cheek. Clearly, she did not want to miss any chance to go out alone with him.

"Alright, then it'll just be the two of us." Xinhai smiled and rubbed Eevee's little head before reminding the other partners in the room, "Be good and watch the place. Don't make an Uproar. I'll be back soon."

"Combusken!" Combusken nodded on everyone's behalf.

Xinhai slung a light backpack over his shoulders, took Eevee with him, and left the Pokémon Center.

At the department store, he carefully selected fresh ingredients and all kinds of Berries for dinner. He also specially bought more of the little ones' favorite dried fruit, Pokémon puffs, and chew sticks before returning to the Pokémon Center in satisfaction.

Back in the room, he tied on an apron and got busy in the small kitchen.

Before long, the sizzling of grilling and the bubbling of stewing intertwined into a warm melody, while enticing Qi filled the entire room.

By the time dish after colorful, fragrant dish was placed on the table, the partners had already gathered around it, their eyes gleaming with anticipation.

After enjoying the lavish meal, Xinhai gave every
