Ch. 1341Kings and bandits, winners write history
The Immortal Realm wiped out the Demon Realm, Ghost Realm, and Divine Realm armies on the Immortal King Battlefield, then defended its betrayal as a victory by strength. As the taboo beings accused the Third Divine General, the Fifth Divine General feared the Human Realm Immortal Kings were still alive and might yet defeat the Immortal Realm.
- The Immortal Realm army defeated the exhausted Ancient God Clan, then destroyed the remaining Demon Realm and Ghost Realm forces over three months, leaving just over fifty thousand Immortal Kings standing.
- The Taboo Demon King, Taboo Monster King, Taboo Ghost King, and Taboo God King accused the Third Divine General of betraying their alliance and ambushing the weakened realms.
- The Third Divine General claimed the Immortal Realm had won openly and honorably, arguing that winners wrote history and losers were merely written into it.
- The Fifth Divine General recalled the Fourth Divine General's death and worried that the Human Realm's thousand-plus Immortal Kings might still be alive.
- The Taboo Ghost King noticed the Fifth Divine General's fear and taunted him that the Human Realm could still defeat the Immortal Realm.
